Types of meditation
Meditation having evolved from centuries ago when it started, it is little wonder that the process of meditation has become religion based and today you have many different types of meditation. Today every religion has evolved their own method of meditation with music praising their own gods and singing about their own particular religion. Whether it is Jewish meditation or the Ushu meditation, all the types of meditation have only one goal and destination. That is to reach the real depths of their mind to understand it well and be able to comprehend the working of their own mind and their thought processes. Not only are there the types of meditation that are based on different religions but their differences are also based on the different methods adopted for meditation, which include, meditation while walking or based on a simple mantra which is repeated a number of times or even a simple process like focusing on your breath for a few minutes. But all said and done the bottom line is that whatever are the types of meditation you follow each and every one of them reaches you to the same destination which is to strengthen your mind and enhance your mental and physical abilities.
